Dame DR passed away at 82, I thought she was a damn fine actress and easy on the eye as a bonus RIP.

Perhaps appropriately, on the day that all of Diana Rigg's episodes of The Avengers have been put onto the Britbox streaming service. I have watched "Forget-me-knot", the final Emma Peel episode, this afternoon.

The Elan, by the way, still exists and is in the hands of an Avengers enthusiast.

Strangely we had just watched the new All Creatures Great and Small yesterday, which she was in.
She was terrific in the Detectorists too.

She certainly was a pin-up in her youth especially with the Elan. R.I.P. Dame DR.

+1.
She left her mark, and deserves all the respect and appreciation she received.
She died this morning, from cancer, diagnosed in May.
She was, for most of her life, a heavy smoker.
