Indeed. Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence!

Just time to burn a little more petrol before dinner.

I totally agree. But absence of evidence is still exactly that - absensce of evidence.

It is very funny. Scientists have built a device to discover life on exoplanets. And someone of the team called out, let's try it out on the planet Venus. And what came out of it, we now know. For decades everyone has been looking at Mars to discover life, but not Venus. So... one wonders if there could be life in distant star systems, and now they have discovered it on the nearest planet to Earth. I personally believe that biological developments are not accidental and take place in the whole cosmos. I do not necessarily believe in a creator, but I believe in creation. (Please do not confuse this with stupid creationists). Ultimately, the Cosmos wants to give every planet the chance for the Cosmos to discover itself and reflect what and who it is.

Venus is not in the habitable zone nowadays, but it may well be that the sun was weaker a billion years ago. So Venus was in the habitable zone. Life flourished, they had 12 cylinder cars. As the name suggests, the women were even more erotic than on earth. And they had all the power. Men carried the rubbish down and that was it.
