Any model makers here know of any technical models worth building ?
Im looking for metal if poss, can be aircraft, car, boat or space etc etc. No Lego and No laser cut ply kits

Im away for a week soon and think there may be times when Im bored !!

If you are into steam etc. Available in three levels. Kit of castings, machined kit or ready made. https://www.stuartmodels.com/
There are other manufaturers, just depends how big you want them and how much machining you want to do.
Cheers

Hmmm
By “away” is that in the accepted form of “Bonesie has gone away” in a Ronnie Barker/Porridge sense.

I’ve got one of these coming

https://www.stirlingkit.com/products/car-engine-model-full-metal-assembling-kit

Mind you I’ve bought it direct from China and paid considerably less than the price shown so I’m expecting it to be rubbish or not arrive at all

Speaking of Stirling, how about this inexpensive working model.
