However we don't live in an ideal world and the problem is people often have poor observations, are in a rush and light and weather conditions may compound the problem. People don't look properly - instead of encouraging and training them to use their eyes, we'll put the onus on the potential victim to make themselves brighter then, when they still get side swiped, we can blame them for 'not being bright enough'. When every car/bike/rider is painted a compulsory luminous yellow, and carries a plethora of High Power spotlights, what are we going to do then? Last edited by TBM; 22/10/20 01:23 PM.
