This is an odd problem and slightly embarrassed i cant seem to sort this out myself.

I removed both wheels, brakes and hubs and bearings and reassembling them all.
However the half shaft on the off side sticks out 30mm and wont go all the way home.
Its a BTR axle.
Any suggestions.?

In case anybody asks they are in the right position and returned to correct side as one is shorter than the other.

I have never had one apart but worth checking if oil seals and any spacers are well seated?
