I've just seen this posted on Facebook and thought it would be of interest here. It's a very clever little film of a "lap" of the Brooklands circuit, made 25 years ago as an Art College project.

I once read, I believe, that some buildings had been moved and that the route should be drivable again, at least in part, in the future.

Excellent film! I missed the Morgans @ Brooklands events... it was always a fitting end to the 'Season'.

Jens,
I worked as a consultant at Sony who have offices there. Bits of the banking exist outside of the current Brooklands site (such as by M&S and Tesco) but there are a lot of building in the way now and a road cuts right through. I have no idea if it will happen even in part.

Teknome is a member of Brooklands so maybe he knows more.
As a Brooklands Roadster owner driving that would be a dream. I have done the test hill and part of the banking in my MG & 3 of my Mogs but not the Brooklands.

Didn't James May try & re-trace the route a few years ago with a model train & track ?

Cracking Film. It's just a shame that WW2 got in the way and hangers etc were put up for war production.

Still at least a little bit of the track still survives.
