The door cards on mine are held down with the plug/pins along the bottom edge and to get them out you need to get under them and pull them like a thumb tack or drawing pin away from the door frame. To do this you need a v-claw shape but one that spreads the load. The dealer had one of these as they do it often. I am afraid I do not have one.

If somebody decides to dismantle the panel, please a few pics of the process. I'd really be willing to do it (and maybe replace the speakers) but I am not so brave without a proper visual guide.

Thanks all for the responses. Ale- can you point me to where the diagrams are located please? Kevin - those items on Amazon look worth a punt! If not the chisel is at hand! Thanks T

Please excuse this - not meant in a rude manner as other people will have more experience than me. Just trying to share what I watched on mine being taken apart. The tools you highlight are not what I would use having seen the dealers tools. They are exactly the pointy things that will rip the leather due to the pressure area compared to the force needed. The items I watched in use were far wider to spread the load. So looking in the Amazon pool I suspect it was the part in the top right corner with a thin cut made down from the top centre to let it straddle the pin. https://www.amazon.co.uk/BQTQ-Pieces-Removal-Retainer-Installer/dp/B08DFN7WB6Also the little pins often die on engagement so it's helpful to have some spares. Morgan wanted £3 each for them!
