A warm welcome Günter from North East Scotland. We traveled through Germany in 2019 and stayed in Bad Oeynhausen, not far from your location I see. Beautiful area, would love to return and spend a bit more time exploring around there.

Welcome to TM , ask any questions you like, there is lots of helpful advice here.
The +8 is a fine car , and many will do huge kilometres if properly maintained.
A 1993 car will have fuel injection I think? Is the 13CUX "Flapper" system , or the later 14CUX "Hotwire" (the latter has an air mass sensor the former an air flow meter)
Do you have catalysts in the exhaust system? (I think there were compulsory in Germany before the UK and 1993 to 1994 was the changeover?

Hello Günter, welcome to TM. In the "welcome Forum" people from all over the world introduce themselves. For years I think, When will the first real Sauerländer join?
When I click on your location Eslohe is displayed. Is that a coincidence or are you from Eslohe? I live in Cologne since 41 years, but I grew up in the Sauerland in Müschede, between Sorpe lake and Möhne lake and went to school in Neheim. In two years at the latest I wanted to go back, from Cologne to Müschede...and I will take my 4/4 with me of course.
When I visit my mother in the Sauerland with the Morgan in spring time, we could meet for a coffee and a little drive if you like. Here in the PM function we can exchange e-mail addresses or tel. no.
