Hi Guys,

I feel like a pregnant father waiting for my new Plus Four to arrive. I ordered it in July and apparently it finished in the chassis shop today. Sadly, I can't go to the factory to see it in build. I've been dealing with Revolutions in Perth who are really excellent - proper personal service.

I have wanted a Morgan forever. The new one attracted me as it is a bit like a restomod (in a good way) with aluminium tub and BMW bits.

The Morgan follows an Alpine A110 (fabulous car) so it will be a real paradigm shift. Any advice to someone moving from a "normal" car gratefully received!

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to TM. Sorry I can't help regarding the new plus four, like most on here at the moment I have the older steel chassis model.
I'm sure someone will be along soon with some good advice.
Enjoy your purchase and be prepared for the inevitable " does it have a wooden chassis" question.😂

Welcome.

It would be good to hear your views on the 110 at some point. I don't quite know how to contrast that pair!

Just time to burn a little more petrol before dinner.

Sorry - in response to the question about the A110, it was the new type. It's a tremendous car - just as good as all the hype. It's light and great fun. But life is about having lots of different experiences, hence the change. Please reassure me that I'm right!

Welcome. I have test driven both the auto & manual plus four. The auto is stunning. Treat it with respect though as there is no traction control & with all that grunt you can lose the back end easily.

Welcome to TM.
I previously had the old steel chassis version until October and now await my new one like you. Mine is currently a rolling chassis and gutted I can’t get to see it at the factory. I fully anticipate the increase in power/comfort to be worth the wait!!! I also fully acknowledge that my ambition far exceeds my ability so intend to do one of the new driver experience things at Bicester when safe....
Am v excited for you!!!!
