Yes Reg I'd heard about that from my stepmother who still resides in Norfolkshire apparently the idiot visitors were getting so close to the pups that the mothers were deserting them and they were having to be picked up by the local sanctuary to be hand reared.

As you say it's probably safer for your son in London Village right now, than we are in sticksville.

A local country park (Pembrey) has stayed open but with restrictions.

Apparently there were large numbers driving there despite a no drive to exercise instruction.
I regularly go there as I can walk through the forestry adjacent for miles and not see anyone. Not been there since the driving limits in lockdown 1, 2 and now 3.Shame. I just walk the dog in the area nearby now and that is seeing bigger numbers using it, many cars in the carparks. I tend to go out early morning before the numbers increase. In lockdown 1 the carparks were closed and Police had foot patrols. Lockdown 2 and 3 with higher health issues and carparks open? Where’s the logic? Especially as a second wave was being predicted last summer.

Yesterday our frozen lake was so full of Ice Fishing folk from Denver that it reminded me of when the tide was out at Blackpool on a Bank Holiday, it's a global phenomenon.

Tried to walk the dog on the local cycle path yesterday...gave up to many people about. Dont understand, where were all these people before they were told to stay at home.

For years, we've walked around the margins of the local fields. Wonderful to see wildlife and watch nature through the seasons. Quiet and peaceful.

Had to give up now as the paths are as busy as motorways. Whole tribes accompanied by feral kids are everywhere. No attempt as social distancing or move aside when we approach.

My hope is that the novelty of traipsing round a muddy field in trainers and sweat pants will soon loose out to the attractions of their 65 inch TV 's.

People are out walking as there is fcukall else to do.

Don't go believing that for a minute every day we read such gatherings..
