Npower are dire, useless IT system, operatives that don't understand it's shortcomings, call centres full of numpties, they've paid millions in fines to the regulator & dissatisfied customers, caveat emptor !

I found them OK to deal with regarding my FiT when I had to get the name changed to mine instead of Jess's. I'm not even with them for supply.

I am a keen energy watcher; we use Outfox the Market, currently at £73/month dual. I'm signed up with a number of comparison/"switch you when it's cheaper" sites, and they all consistently return the same verdict- we're on the cheapest tariff. We consume just shy of 2600 kwh electric, and 16000kwh gas annually, in a cotswold stone terrace house on the north side of the Slad Valley. Been with them three years now. I had a new boiler fitted around the same time, which alone has saved me about a cubic metre of Ash firewood a month for the wood burner, not to mention my arms and back! The Jotul was a daily burn for about 6 years, even in the summer months!

Our local forecourt prices are on the up again, however...

Brent Crude price is 19.3% down on 3yr price
WTI Crude price is 47.2% down in same period

Are the UK public having their leg lifted ?

Clearly with the lockdown they are not making sufficient profit on the sales volume so ipso facto oldgit
