I've got mine booked for Monday. I've got a letter from school saying I work with vulnerable children (which I do - I'm one of the school first aiders, with additional epi-pen and buccal midazolam training, and teach most of the school 'special classes' which include our vulnerable students - HI/VI/ASD etc), so booked it online on the NHS site.
Based on the fact that my surgery still hadn't sorted out my Flu Jab by January (so had to book my own), I wasn't prepared to wait for them to sort out my COVID, especially as I'm back in school on March 8th.
They may turn me away, but I'm prepared to take that risk for my own safety. I will also play the '51 and obese/high risk' card if I have to.

TBM, the 50s are being lined up here in South Wiltshire, they expect to complete the 50 to 60 group and the 40-50 group by March 8th. Happy days...
Normality is, possibly, if all goes well, etc, etc, in sight.
Seriously, if following the return to school, there is no surge in cases and hospital admissions then I suspect the release from lockdown will be accelerated. BUT the protection provided by the vaccination of so many is the big unknown. All the recent indicators suggest the vaccine works far better than expected in both protecting people and if they get a mild version, from shedding virus particles.
We shall see.

We shall see. I hope they look at hospitalisations and deaths, rather than numbers of positive tests

We shall see. There may well be an increase in positive tests - at my place, all staff and students are being tested twice a week. Factor that across the UK and that's potentially 22 million tests taking place from 8th March. The plus side is that three weeks later it's Easter with a two week forced isolation for all kids (if they play by the rules) so we can start again afterwards with a clean slate (and hopefully a lot more staff/parents/grandparent vaccinated).

You must have caught them somehow Tim, the link you posted took me to a "page not found". L:atest on NHS website says over 64:
How you will be contacted for your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination The NHS will let you know when it's your turn to have the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination.
The vaccine is being offered at larger vaccination centres, pharmacies and some local NHS services such as hospitals or GP surgeries.
More people are being offered the vaccine every week.
Information: Book now if you're eligible You do not need to wait to be contacted if any of the following apply:
you are aged 64 or over you have previously received a letter saying you are at high risk from coronavirus (clinically extremely vulnerable) you are an eligible frontline health worker you are an eligible frontline social care worker you get Carer's Allowance – find out more about Carer's Allowance on GOV.UK You can book appointments at a larger vaccination centre or a pharmacy that provides COVID-19 vaccinations.
Book your coronavirus vaccination appointments online
By letter, text or email If you're invited to have your vaccination at a larger vaccination centre or at a pharmacy, you may get a letter.
If you're invited to have your vaccination at a local centre such as a hospital or GP surgery, you'll usually get a text or email. You may sometimes get a letter.
You can choose to go to a larger vaccination centre or pharmacy, or wait to be invited to go to a local NHS service. More places are opening all the time.
