Herne Bay - I could revisit my roots... (but voted for Midlands).
Ironbridge is somewhere I have yet to visit.
Folkestone isn't as bad as Dover...

Cheers,

Graham sorry mate, I find that hard to believe scared

At the risk of banging the drum too loudly, without Ironbridge which I am sure you know, there would be NO Morgan world or anything else of a mechanical nature. Please prioritise a visit laugh2----you will need at least a whole day.You will not be disappointed, especially in todays modern Britain where we seem to have all been conditioned to think everything is imported----in Ironbridge you will see raw native genius on display that was copied worldwide---and yes we were the FIRST!!!I write proudly---and not an import in sight, at least then!!! innocent

10.35 on the 6th, so far results are:

Dawn Sarf - 14
Oup Norf - 4
Middle - 13

Why not a compromise and settle for the Middle with a visit to The Heritage Centre, loads of interesting driving roads close by and lunch somewhere completely different at The Masons Arms. It's some years since I've been, but it was always an interesting experience! cheers

Sounds like a plan Aeroman - the difficult bit will be getting a date - sounds like we'll need another poll for that!

Usually with these things you just have to name a time and venue otherwise it'll go back and forth for months and we'll miss Christmas. laugh
