Depends on caliper design but it's sometimes possible to swap the balance pipe between caliper halves and bleed nipples end to end as threads are usually the same.

The top of a bolt fixing the lower suspension arm was hitting the brake calliper when the wheel was at the maximum.

As it is a floating brake the part moved a little and the brake pads where not in contact with the disk.

The same bolt has been reversed to avoid contact and now it is ok.
