I checked the Plus 8. It is EU5b and so can drive anywhere.
I checked the Tesla too, it is compliant..

I checked the M3W. Apparently its even exempt from the congestion charge! OK, you might want an O2 cylinder to avoid breathing in the fumes from lorries and vans, but I'm surprised the elite of London haven't taken to Morgan 3 wheeling to escape daily charges! wink

Birmingham and London are both class D as is Pompey surprisingly ( sea air should mean little air pollution so I guess its purely anti car politics) and Bristol. Oxford, Manchester, Dundee Edinburgh Bath,Sheffield and Newcastle are all class C so Euro 4 doesnt apply to them.

However, the rot is spreading even faster across the channel. Time to get rid of a pre euro 4 car I reckon and maybe euro 5 and 6 too since once they have the bit between their teeth, it will be just like the 20 limits..
