Hello to all!

I wonder if someone has a picture of the strut to the front wing. (My car is actually parked in his "winter home" some km from my home).

On my car it is fixed with a thick piece of rubber to the large sidelights.

On one side the strut seems to have a crack so a picture would help me to see how I can go on. (what rubber to replace the old one etc.)

By the way: I think that Morgans without sidelights also have struts but how are this parts fixed on this cars??

Thank you in advance!

Hi Bernd, is this helpful at all..

My 4/4 Sport of 2009 had no sidelights and the bracket was glued to the underside of the wing.

Mine before the wings were fitted ... there were no rubbers on mine when I stripped it down.

On the later Mogs the front wings accomodate this shallow U bracket.

This is riveted onto underside top of wing, obviously in a blind fashion externally. The bracket appears to hold a captive nut allowing positive attachment of strut.
