The Morgan 3-Wheeler Festival! Featuring Training Day and Club Sprint – June 11/12th at Curborough Sprint Couse Lichfield WS13 8EJ This year’s training day and club sprint promises to be a weekend of (mostly) 3 wheeler fun.
Program of Events: Opening 2pm Saturday June 11th with driving experiences, OPEN TO MTWC MEMBERS ONLY!. All models (except the Super-3, though read on...) are available to be booked for a 10 minute slot of either driving or passengering for a £5 donation to cover costs. Driving will take place on the Curborough Sprint Course but are non-competitive and are intended to give people the chance to drive or passenger in a model they have not previously experienced. To book in advance contact Chairman@mtwc.co.uk. To book on the day, make sure you are there earlier rather than later.
After the driving is done, there will be a vintage (or interesting) push-bike perambulation around the same course. Bring along your bike and join in!
Wriggly Monkey brewery will be on site into the evening to provide liquid refreshment, and food will be provided by Curborough themselves. Camping is available on-site, no need to pre-book.
On the Sunday there is the club sprint featuring all models from across the ages in a timed competition.
Entry is free, but we ask for a donation to cover costs and to make a donation to DEC Ukraine appeal.
The Morgan Factory will be there with the Super 3 for you to take a closer look, and members of the factory will be there to answer questions. Hopefully we will get a driving demonstration on the Sunday.
The Festival is an ideal place to come ask questions whether it’s on your re-build, maintenance, customisations or race preparation for your 3 wheeler.
