I had this one turned up by a mate with a wood lathe (wood turners love the chance to turn up something other than yet another wooden bowl) ... African Blackwood with Boxwood and Walnut inlay. Richbrook are the OEM. They do a range of plain topped knobs as well shift patterns at a very reasonable price.
