Just seen this, I wonder if he was aware of the CX issues before he accepted ?

Brave man - talk about being thrown in at the deep end. Hope they can afford his salary with all MMC's other present costs innocent

Previously did stints at Aston Martin Europe and Ferrari Europe then consulting and interim placements.
I hope he can make a positive difference in communication where after-sales is concerned. innocent

Looks like he's been with some of the greats in the past.

A lot has changed at Morgan since the Derek Day era, when the job was just managing the waiting list.

Well he has some work to do.

Lets hope it engages and improves the customer facing element or the sales side is going to tingle a bit.

I was beginning to wonder if the factory was going the way of the new car makers and dumping the channel. Do it all direct and use the margin for better service (ahem). That would be an interesting discussion and not one I would like, it's been hard enough to find a working dealer that knows Aero's let alone be held hostage when they all leave and only the factory is left. At that point I sell based on my experience.

Everyone loves a Morgan. Even me, unless it's broken again.

As a matter of interest, which dealer are you advocating as being knowledgeable on Aero's ?

On the basis that I think it was your coupe I saw there last weekend - I am guessing it is Williams
