There was a packed South Harting village hall last to see the Greys and their car, they are certainly an eccentric couple. As soon as I saw the Royce I recognised it, I've occasionally seen it parked up in town. Rupert's father bought it new in 1959 (replacing a 1926 Rolls that he sold to an Irishman for £10) and it is the family's daily driver.

The film is a delight with some stunning photography, it's available on Netflix. Here are a few of my pictures taken at the event...

Many thanks for the much valued feedback Ian and of course the pics too.

Glad you enjoyed the film which I tripped over on Netflix, thus I had the comfort of watching it in my fast wearing out armchair... smile

I guess eccentricity can be a bit of a luxury in times when it seems most of humanity is controlled in varying degrees, some voluntary and some not so much..?

My guess is that there may be a degree of eccentricity existing in in the majority of Morgan owners. One only needs to look at the miles travelled by Lorne, Button and others over different continents, to note that there may be quite a few eccentrics and wannabe eccentrics out there with stories to tell..? smile
