Paul ... you need to actually state up front that you wish to keep the 7.5 ton/minibus, as their default is to remove them .... worth keeping copies and photographing the entitlements side of your licence before parting with it as it seems that clerical mistakes can be hell's-own job to get reinstated!

You need to fill in the DVLA D4 form tick the categories and get it signed by the doctor. Can't be done on line.

You need to fill in the DVLA D4 form tick the categories and get it signed by the doctor. Can't be done on line. Many thanks. Still a few years off for me but well worth bearing in mind.
