I wonder what the solvent is for this sheep based stuff ? at least with Waxoil you can de-grease and clean parts if needed for repair / inspection

I’ve used Tectyl 506 Multi Purpose Corrosion Protection before

Dave W recommend it on here some time ago, it has a great smell to it, Mrs wasn’t impressed when I came in the house after using it laugh2

I suspect water as an emulsion. Reading their stuf it seems hot water removes it as the fat (lanolin) liquifies.

I've used the Bilt Hamber Deox-C several times for cleaning bike fuel tanks and it does a fabulous job.
