The random fuse guides are I'm afraid a Morgan normal, as far as the individual relays go RS Components have a few but there are many different suppliers but make sure they have a quenching diode fitted across the coil to prevent back emf damaging the ECU... If you have a couple of pictures of the relays you want and their ratings and functions we should be able to help.

I expect these are generic diode relays but if you want genuine colour matched BMW ones. Green relay part 61 36 8 373 700 available hereSalmon relay part 12 63 1 742 690 available herePlease double check with part numbers printed on your existing relays though.

Interesting stuff Rob. Just been checking though and availability seems scarce when considering retro fit to DIN established 5 pin socket. Current rating, changeover contacts and currently the need to have different relays for positive and negative switching need to be born in mind.
I think they will really take off when new cars ECU and BCU's are re-designed to take full advantage of the low switching currents. Perhaps a step too far in the meantime especially given the quirky nature of the Aero's electronics.

I was designing solid state relays into telephony circuits in the 1980's - they must be fairly reliable by now and no issues with wetting current although there will be a voltage drop across the "contacts".
