Did anyone watch the David Bailey/Jean Shrimpton drama "We'll take Manhattan" on BBC4 last night?

The biggest star was a Morgan!

If you set yourself up a VPN in the UK you can see it online on the BBC i Player. (You need the VPN to trick the iPlayer into thinking you have a UK ip address). I believe it is possible to do this for free, or there are VPN providers you can subscribe to - I had one with Lamnia.co.uk last year.

Yes a star indeed, couldn't tell which model it was but only 2 windscreen wipers so presumably 'of the time'.
Wonder if he really did own a Morgan?
I enjoyed the program, brought back a number of memories - all I can say is, if everyone was "at it" in the '60s then Bailey was getting my share! hippy

He was my hero back then when I was heavily into photography. Loved that Rolleiflex love
According to an article I read, Bailey was happy with the programme so he probably had a Morgan. Am I being a bit anal when I say I thought the cowl badge looked like the current ones and not the deeper one that would have been fitted? sherlock

Here is the link to the program on BBC I Player, however, my son recons that you may not be able to receive it in USA.

He suggested trying BBC America

Sadly you will only get a Steering Wheel Clip in this Youtube offering

I recorded it and plan to watch it tonight. So much to watch, so little time.

I wizzed through it last night on iPlayer. I caught the Morgan about 20 minutes in but it was going too fast to identify.

I did see David Bailey attempting some pretty ambitious manoeuvres in it wink
