But logically it should be quicker than the Series 1 to 62, by an odd tenth of a second or so. 280bhp sounds better. Otherwise they will be generating competition within their own trad (or classic) range ala TVR. For me, the new Plus 8 is much closer to an Aero Mk5 than a trad.
