Something Pre war ( in my case it would be an Alvis Speed 20 or 25)
V8 TVR from the Peter Wheeler era

In the fantasy but never going to happen department, put me down for a Bentley Speed 6, a Bugatti T35, Frazer Nash Le Mans replica and an Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato

4) Westfield or Caterham (bugs in your teeth model - no screens and goggles a must)
5) A V8 Mustang (must be a manual and preferably a pre-1974)

Excellent list. The only change I would make is to replace #2 with the "PLUS 8 PLUS" from Isis Imports. (Plus 8 with 400HP Corvette drivetrain).

ooops! I remembered that Morgans aren't allowed on this list. Assuming that the Isis +8+ is still a Morgan, instead I'll go for
2) a 1932 Ford "Little Deuce Coupe" hot rod

You're all far too specific doh (except Steven - 1560)

Boxes to tick:

911
Ferrari
Hot hatch - old school
70's/80's rally rep
Turbo nutter hatch - new type
Japanese turbo 4WD turbo nutter
Caterfield
Old School Bentley
A Jaaagwaaaar
Range Rover (Any, just for the arm chair feel)
'The car your parents had'
V8 engined big waftmobile, preferably MB
An Italian coupe, preferably 60's/70's/80's
Yank V8 coop
Yank V8 drop top
A 'truck'
A micro car - preferably a Smart wink

I think that covers it smile

This really is a subject that could cause a lot of interesting discussions over a cheers or two cheers cheers. But I think some of you make it easy for yourself chosing as many as 10 hide

Try, as Simon, to just pick 5...or 3 or even just one...then it starts to be tricky juggle

(I am still working on my list crazy2)
