I have gone through several car washers , the names I can not remember. They last a couple of years and give up . I was thinking about a Karcher 110bar with a 6 meter hose.
Anyone used one or know anything about them better still a place I can purchase one at a sane price . I dont need all the niffs and naffs that come with some that screw up the price they only clog up the garage floor .

I have a Kew it's about 20 years old now and still working perfectly. I think they are now branded as Nilfisk.
I would definately buy another one.

Wouldn't use a Jet wash on my car !!!!

However we do use a Karcher for the vans, it cleans them weekly, but kills the paint work, good job they are just white.

I bought one from Tool Station, which works fine, but it only gets used on the wheels (removed from the car first)

I just bought a Karcher but mainly for use on the sailing boat. The model I got did not come with much in the way of accessories, just the hose and two wands, one is a variable pressure wand. The model is a K4600 and has pressure up to 130 bar. It worked a treat on the deck of the boat. I can also get a bit of semi-rigid hose to pump water out of the lake. I washed with plain water, no detergent (note for the ecologically sensitive).

I would not use it on the car, except for the wheels, but do intend to use it to clean up old motorcycles before starting work on them.

Its not for the mog , its the rest of whats about being as I seem to be the only one that cleans them . I need a hand , did the wrong thing and started to keep all the other cars spotless now they expect it , bad move.

My Karcher, which I've had over 15 years, died on me last week. The light came on but otherwise nothing. I little Googling revealed the cause to be a sticking pressure (unloader) valve. 45 minutes and a little silicon grease saw it good as new.
