Alternator and Ingition module location on a AJP V8 from TVR. Just cooks them to death.

The reclining mechanism on "Sports and reclining" seats on Morgans which requires you to dislocate a shoulder to use it. Why does the spring have to be so strong?

All of the above plus inertia reel seat belts that are dangerously sensitive. The 'over the shoulder safety check with the hood up' is almost fatalistic. Simple things like reaching for radio etc are just aggravating. What would I change about them? I'd get the person who made them that way to stand beside the dude who decided that toilet seats need to be fitted 'just at the point of balance' and I'd hose the pair of them with the product both of their efforts are closest to resembling! irked

The drivers side engine bay on the black top Zetec engine.

The near side is neat and well designed; the driver's side looks like everything has just been thrown in.

Where do you want me to start:

Location of starting motor on BL 1100/1300 range
Rear axle arrangement of Triumph Vitesse or GT6 with rubber doughnuts... if you have ever tried to change them you would understand why
Position of grease nipples on front suspension of a Morgan, and the locality of the numberplate.
Remote gear change on a vauxhall chevette
Pub time I am afraid will come back to this later

The gearbox drain plug of my 4/4: up in a narrow channel and right over the front crossmember. When you manage to get the plug out (1/2 hour) you will be showered by a 10 inch wide "oilfall"

Best was the Triumph Spitfire for ease of access as was my Moto Guzzi Le Mans.

Minis drove me mad me before damp start with the coil facing the spray. Ditto Honda CB350G where the spark arced through your knees in the rain till you replaced Mr Honda's metal plug caps.

Anything Renault.

Triumph T140Vs required a 3 armed person to work on them.

Changing plugs on my T16 engined Morgan = bonnet off
