If anyone is going to Germany possible to visit Spa / Nürburgring I found a cracking place in Prum. The name of the Hotel Is: The Golden Stern. ( In German that's "The Golden Star" )
Fair prices with a good range of rooms from the basic single room up to suites.

We have found them to be really friendly and helpful there with reasonably secure parking having a barrier across the entrance which is at the rear of the hotel.

The area is know as the Eifel and the roads are perfect for both motorcycles and Morgans. If you go I hope you have fun. cheers

Thanks for the tip. In October No3 Son is moving to work at Liege University for a year, and we plan to visit as often as we are able (in the Morgan).

In 2010 we stayed in Trier and drove along the Mosel valley to Koblenz. We promised ourselves a revisit and Prum looks like a good intermediate point.

Thanks again

Malcolm
