I run 195/65R15 on a 2008 +4 4-seater. There are no clearance problems except a slight rubbing against the Mulfab brake reaction stays at full lock.
To save weight at the rear, I use a 4/4 spare wheel 165R15 which has almost exactly the same radius as 195/65R15. There are no clearance problem with this wheel either. However, if you change for larger brake calipers at the front, the 165R15 spare wheel will only fit at the rear wheels.

Very nice I like that blue, and really like the Bumper/ light bar is it fitted to the chassis and could it be used as a tow point?

Nice car Ruud.
The 185/80R15, according to the tyre size calculator, has a radius of 13.32in or 338.32mm. That is 31mm more than the radius of the tyres currently fitted to the Plus 4. No wonder you have 13 cm clearance by comparison to my 9.5cm (measured under the cross brace under the rear of the gearbox)

That makes absolute sense and is a sort of confirmation of my measurements for a new Plus 4. The tyres you have fitted have a radius of 15 mm more than the tyres I have fitted. My measurements gave me 9.5 cm ground clearance. The extra 15 mm radius of your tyres would give exactly 11 cm on my car.
Interestingly, according to the on-line size calculator, your tyres would have about 1 mm more radius than the standard tyres fitted to a 4/4. Given the variation from brand to brand that is as good as equal.
