I had to do Latin at school...aghhh.

Our teacher was the deputy head mistress - a tiny fierce welsh woman...she could spot forbidden nail varnish on the girls at 80 paces easily. scared

In the front of my Latin Primer some previous wag had written...

"Latin is a language as old as old can be...it killed the ruddy Romans and now its killing me"! priceless!!

Having said that Latin taught me better english ...and I can see that it applies to some TMs too!! rofl rofl
