Before I started driving in Europe I always thought that driving on different sides of the road was a bit daft and that the whole world ought to standardise.
Then when I tried it I realised how the human brain is easily capable of adapting to such changes, and that it's actually completely fine so long as people understand the rules.
So I have no problem with Brits driving on the left or the French driving on the right. Although admittedly the Italians' habit of driving in the shade can be a bit tricky to cope with sometimes
