I've not read anything other than the first and last pages.

Basically, it's all hype. As said on page one, but not in words I'd use, the SHC (specific heat capacity) for waterless coolant is less.

True it won't boil, but as a result of the above, the engine will potentially run hotter. Many engines run better and make more power when they are at a little lower temperature. I believe waterless coolant is also banned from American race cars as if it gets on the track, doesn't evaporate and leaves the surface very skid prone.

So if you have problems, fit a better radiator, not mess with coolant.
