As i’m yet to Dynomat my interior I find that a helmet is wonderful instant soundproofing against the inherent knocks & rattles! And good ear protection. Always wear it on anything other than a purely local nip to the shops. Spent rather a lot on a Hedon Hedonist open-face lid - but well worth it.
