Arrived Thursday, never really got to grips with the early Porsche's, but as the interiors improved and certainly
leaped forward in 2012 + this new model Targa arriving i started to like them.
I only went to test drive this one as it was local to me, really wanted to purchase a 17-18 plate, but learned that
this model is the last of the 3.8 ltr normally aspirated, after 2016 they drop to a 3.0ltr with Turbo fitted, if I can
get a car to power up normally rather than boosted I much prefer this way, any how after a couple of offers
and some hard negotiating it came my way.
Demo + 1 owner absolutely out of the box still as new., let's see how it does.
Why the Porsche and not the Aero, there is some reasoning to this, I have been suffering some serious head
aches the last couple of years, after lots of medical researching at the hospitals and home notes we finally
discovered I have Arthritis in the Jar bones brought on by driving with either windows open or roof down, also
anything like swimming or cycling in the cold winter months, the Targa seemed to be the resolve hopefully and
there was not much choice of daily drivers that could adapt into a European Tourer also.
We will give it a shot and see how we get on, if it doesn't resolve the issue it looks like it will be closed in Tin Tops
with Air Con on in the future.
