Lets face it even with four wheels it can be simple enough to wipe out.

Whilst in principle I agree with you to protect the brand, however if there is a fundamental flaw in the design of any vehicle or potential issues /limitations in the operating window of the vehicle to a which the driver maybe exposed to in use...that does need to be made very public. There is no point in having safety regulations to protect occupants and pedestrians, if there are any latent potential issues in the vehicle operation, I would suggest there needs to be an informed release if only to kill off any potential rumours and inform prospective buyers.

I've been a motorcyclists for most of my life, I know it is inherently more dangerous than driving a car, hence the law in this country requires you to wear a helmet and motorcycle gear has to meet minimum standards. Whilst I'm prepared to ride a bike, having done my own risk assessment of well publicised and known dangers and risks. I personally would never drive a Morgan 3 wheeler, they IMHO are too low for my liking and may not been seen by other vehicles. There again I don't enjoy driving a 4 wheel Morgans on motorways and fast dual carriageways with heavy commercial traffic as they are very low and may not be spotted by lorries.

Of course everyone has their own tolerance of risk, but some markets like the USA can be quick to litigate.

Whilst you may or may not agree, other manufacturers have pages of warnings and safety instructions on the operation of something as a simple as the engine stop/start system.......with good reason.
