I have contacted Austin and plan to have a set fitted, they look very good.

My car came second hand with the Simmonds version.
They look smart and as the +4 is wider in the cabin than the 4/4 I find them just fine.

My used +4 had the AW versions already fitted when I bought it.

I don't like driving with sidescreens on anyway, so am not bothering to have "Q's" done.

Tim, not just motorways - sometimes they are useful in strong cross winds... smile

Do the "upgraded" side screens fit in the bag? I often stow the screens on the luggage rack- especially when touring and the parcel shelf is filled out with Hills Alive luggage??

Mine did on the +4...
I believe it was a standard bag...

Mine came with a bag in the same material as the Simmonds hood so I can't say a normal bag would work.

Thanks Graham.

Like most I like to drive with the screens off - when they are on they shake rattle and roll- but sometimes they save you from getting too battered by the wind , especially on a motorway blast .

You mean you don't have a nice tartan rug to keep the co-pilot warm? Standard equipment for all classic cars....including the ones Dad had in the 60s!
