hmmm... I think they look quite intriguing!! Ok, the colour scheme may be somewhat questionable, and walking on the back of the stiletto heel is out of the question unless you like the "mashed up heel look" - although my heels always end up looking like that anyway after a couple of walks through London (so many gaps between paving blocks - why can't they just use tarmac!?!?).
But having to drive lots for work and go on hikes across London, whilst showing up at a customer site in high heels, a shoe like this (with the obvious design flaws worked out) would be absolutely awesome!!
My biggest worry would be how stable they can make that shoe without having too much flex with the heel down, and too much curvature with the heel up. So I'd be well up for trialling this shoe and provide a full first-hand (or would it be a first-foot) report. Any sponsors???
Alternatively, I'll keep the roads a dangerous place by continuing to drive in high heels!!
