Been to Carsington Reservoir in Derbyshire. Very hot and humid but Monty the dog enjoyed the drive as much as we did!
Cheers
Brendan
PS: Rarely see a Mog in Derbyshire - where are they all?

We're not far away this afternoon but in the Polo because we need three seats! Just had a downpour which has cooled things off a bit.

Very hot and sweaty after a few hours gardening in the veg patch, so popped out for an hour for a meander round some favourite local roads.
During which, on the single-track B road from Nailsworth to Nympsfield, I encountered a nice green Morgan with a black and white plate coming in the other direction, didn't spot what model it was.
20 minutes or so later, on the way down from Selsley to Dudbridge, lo and behold there was the same Mog coming up the hill - obviously doing the same sort of thing as me, but in the opposite direction. Another TMer, perchance?

A run down to Taurus Garden Centre in Lydney, stopped for a pint by the Severn on the way back and just home before the rains came.. Not far but most enjoyable and a nice way to keep cool in the very humid weather. Didn't see anything else on the road that was remotely interesting though..

just back home, GTN did it perfect ! Started this morning in Deauville under heavy rain for a hour , but i had some tape with me, took my precautions. We stayed dry once we got dry weather, tape wasn't resistant to 100 mph... you hear it "flapper" for a while and then nothing

A run in the sun to Curborough to watch Nippymog run & Mts Nippymog make her debut sprint run. Excellent times by Mr & Mrs Nippymog. Thougt I saw 'our Graham' and went up to him to say hello and he said he was "Simon'! a deadringer - size, stature, hat, colour, camera! Watch Graham - you have a clone out there. Then the heavens vented their spleen so 85 miles back in deluging rain - no hood. Jill complained when we got back that the drive back was worse than camping, sometyhing we never ever do! I said she was lucky we had the sidescreens on! Think I've dipped heavily into my pool of brownies points!

Had a brilliant drive out in the Moggie, stopping for coffee and scones prior to a drive to Wells-next-the-sea then on to Holkham. Traffic on the coast road was a bit grim but inland it was sheer bliss. Picnic at Binham Abbey then back for tea on the lawn via Blickling House. Just the sort of day Morgans were invented for. Reg

I'm guessing that maybe trainee CoC Roger, though as it was an ACU event not sure why an MSA trainee would have been in attendance I was there on Saturday, but had other plans for today...
