PeterJ Whilst the little lumps of joy may fit on your rear shelf I would not like to guess if they can survive the vibration, IIRC they were not so good with vibration. Of course the weight might help the lively back end. You could even consider using the ESL's as air brakes?

Blimey you fellas know how to make a bloke feel inadequate , I have a very old Linn amp playing through some Sonos speakers although in the lounge I have hooked it up to my B&W floor standing speakers. As somebody has already pointed out years of listening to and playing Rock and Blues music has knackered my hearing not to mention a sports exhaust fitted to the Plus 4 !

You won`t regret it!
The planets are a missionary reasonable priced set of indirect speakers.
The rest of the Duevel speakers are far away from them.
Sound is perfectly detailed:)
