I present the Cerbera Speed 12 Great to look at - but it has to be said - if Peter Wheeler prevented a production run becuase it was 'undriveable' - then it must have been very very bad... I think if I was going to go all out on the supercar front it would have to be a Zonda for me. Probably the coupe not the roadster, and I'd be happy with a 'bog standard' C12S. In black.

To be honest most things would have trouble getting out of that car park - a standard Ferrari 355 would have been similarly stuck. Luckily for James May Ferrari have actually looked long and hard at ground clearance after the 355 (it was a regular issue with owners ahving to remodel their drives etc) and the 260/430 are remarkably capable..
The zonda is just a majestic thing, and the quality of the componenets and the interior is just something to be seen...

Both my Turbo 911 and my previous 996 C4 had the Porsche Aerokit on them - they would ground-out on anything bar the mildest incline! I used to hate the sound of the front lower spoiler scraping the ground Too many sports cars are not designed for anything bar perfect level tarmac (PS - I'm also a big fan of the Viper, although I fear they are not designed for English roads - great in a straight line on wide roads but not meant for thin twisty ones!)

Now there's a coincidence......Just so happens I could sell you one or even 2. How a bout a nice 97 Blue with white, done just 5000 miles and 1 careful owner.......Or a brand spanking new UK supplied Viper 0 miles with UK waranty, could be your for £49k. I can see why people would be taken by the Lambo.....I drove one and found it to be quite addictive but for some reason it just aint me.........And I love strange cars but they are just so in yer face. Would have to be the classic Muira for me. (I'm not really that old)

Kin, like the Aero, I don't believe the Viper is shown in the Trade guides (I could be wrong on this point). If I'm correct, then the market really sets the price (you'll notice there are a fair few Vipers that have remained unsold for awhile - including a few nearly new ones; thus, buyers aren't biting at the asking price). I'm sure Lee will be able to confirm if I'm right on this point about the trade guides. Lee, I like them but for me it is a very price sensitive car. As per our conversation a few months back, 2-seater cars really are impratical for me and thus I have to feel comfortable with the money sitting on my drive being seldom used. At £40k+, I just think I'd see the Viper as an expensive 'toy' that sees use too little to justify. Still a black with silver stripes for £20,000 would be found a home

The new Viper is a greatly improved car but they still suffer a very poor quality interior. They also remain a very agricultural sports car to drive. Not knocking them but you have to make some sacrifices to own one.
