I am very pleased with the work BM- well worth 4-5 hrs labour. https://www.facebook.com/cheltvintclassic/ are a new- setting up on their own- pair of highly skilled time served craftsmen. Tom, who I dealt with, spent 6 years from 2003 working in the MMC body shop, before honing his skills on Lamborghini, Ferrari and Aston Martin amongst others. I think I would be doing them a disservice to divulge financials; suffice to say that I felt it was very good value. I would have been prepared to do it myself on something else, but currently am time poor, and certainly lack the skills! I manged to replace the resultant bent kingpin, and straighten out the tie rod and lower brace myself- but there's nothing on show with those tasks!

Thank you Treesurveyor!
I am always fascinated how much highly qualified and highly skilled time served craftsmen there are in GB!
For me here in Germany it is always interesting to read such repair reports from GB, even though any necessary repair is, of course, highly unpleasant for the owner

Don't think I'll bother driving anything this morning (view from the spare bedroom window, Leica Digilux2) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2021/01/24/20210124-4.jpg) However, should the need arise : ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2021/01/24/20210124-3.jpg)

Two, hosted on TM-IMG Martin. Sounds like there may be problems there again.

Quite serene isn't it Graham. I need to get to the shop later, so cover will be coming off :-) ![[Linked Image]](https://www.tm-img.com/images/2021/01/24/20210124_073153.jpg)

Ah, OK Martin! Thanks - I was getting a trifle worried as had also posted link to a photo forum... Nice shot Phil, looks like you've had a little more than over here. Enjoy your drive to the shop Local forecast now is for rain, with heavy bursts, to move in (and wash all this away). Make the most of the opportunity

Great shots of the white stuff gentlemen, we have the normal very light covering and won't be venturing out. Raining now.
Issued by our local well closest Kingsbridge Police at 0800.
Although we seem to be the only South Hams town who didn't get any snow, the surrounding towns and villages did. Our night crew had to abandon their car at Totnes Cross due to snow. The roads and pavements are now icy and slippery. Please take care. Heavy snow has caused issues on the A38 too. Please remember we are still in a National Lockdown and you must not head up to Dartmoor to see the snow. Exercise should be local, and in your town or village. Don't put added pressure on your Emergency services.
