Looks fab.

Let us know how you get on with the short shifter. I tried one on mine, but really couldn't get on with it, so went back to standard.

A proving run yesterday around the local area to check that my 4/4 is no longer incontinent!
So about a 25 miles loop to get the engine nicely warm.
I’ve just been down to my garage this morning and there is not a drip of coolant on the floor.
woohoo
More miles today to double check, before we’re off for a long weekend in a few weeks time.

Keith; it took a pressure test at Berrybrook to finally locate the problem.
Because the coolant was showing along the lower radiator tank, I had assumed the problem was related to the bottom hose, or one of the lower linking hoses.
All my efforts to sort it were based on that area.
It wasn’t.
It turned out to be one of the heater hoses.

I had the same problem with Ruby, small damp patch under the car and coolant level on minimum. Traced to one of the heater hoses just by the wiper motor, very slow drip cured by one turn on the jubilee clip.

Today I replaced the wiper blades. Usually an insignificant job, but when you have a broken leg/ankle and you're getting around using an armless crutch (visualise a pirate with a wooden leg) it's quite an achievement.

New floor mats

The floor mats in a Morgan are not of top quality.

MattMog's are barely 9 years old and have had their best time.

I had been planning to replace them for some time. The day before yesterday while shopping, I saw doormats that you can cut to size. For only 0.99€ each, worth a try.
And since it's only rained the last few days, the best way to have some Morgan fun.

Doesn't look bad, if I may bless myself. And even if they only last 1 season, it is not a big investment to replace them.

The test will be tomorrow during our first club rally in the Ardennes. They promise dry weather, wait and see.
