It is a small laminated card onto which a fuse removal tool was fixed with gaffer tape. I don't know if the fuses are the same on a 2004 +4. I take it from the above it would maybe share the wipers fuse and dosent have a separate fuse? The wipers do work. I expect it might be the connection to the little pump on the bottle or the pump it self. Anyone know the part number for the pump?

Likely problem areas are wash function on wiper switch, connectors, wash pump or bad ground connection on same. Washer pump looks like Land Rover Defender one.
