Probably the best equipped MOG in the US, with a ton of modifications, upgrades, spares and extras is for sale! If you're in the US and have been thinking about M3W life, this is the one to get after: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2019-morgan-3-wheeler-3/

It sold for $50,000 which is probably a reasonable price in the current climate.

It has been very difficult to crack the US$50K level, (note the prices of the Super 3's) Just take a look at the recent sales history - very sad..... Bring A Trailer M3W sales history

It's 'very sad' that a documented flawed/compromised design with a discontinued engine and poor dealer and factory support (in the U.S. at least) isn't faring well in the auctions? Seems spot on to me.

I personally think Lightspeed's car was very well bought ($52,750 with BaT's buyer's fee) considering everything that was done, all the extras, including now rare S&S spare parts, two extra sets of wheels/tires etc. And... some M3W's on BaT have been very well sold, like this early 2012 with none of the upgrades; including the original compensator! Good that it came with a trailer at least, https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2012-morgan-3-wheeler-13/IMO, the Super3 is not the same beast as the V-Twin; it's too tame to be special enough to deal with having three wheels. This auction seems to represent the US's market value on them, https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2021-morgan-2023-morgan-super-3/ as it was basically brand new, and this one pulled the same $ but RNM https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2023-morgan-super-3-3/ I'm very glad to have met Lightspeed and have gone on some drives with him! I know he had great fun with this adventure, and that is what really matters, not the financial ledger

"a documented flawed/compromised design with a discontinued engine and poor dealer and factory support (in the U.S. at least)"
History says that it takes some time for an out of production vehicle to achieve some sort of "classic" status and hence break out of normal depreciation.
You buy a new car ... run it and enjoy it ... and on selling it expect to get less back than you paid for it. Morgans depreciate less than many but if you have £50k/$50k/€50k in your pocket, there are loads of different ways of spending it other than buying an M3W so don't expect financial miracles. Ours is a keeper to enjoy and its long term fate is our son's problem!

Yes. To be clear, I'm not bashing the M3W. I own one and love it dearly. But unlike other Morgans, a used M3W, orphan that it is, isn't likely to gain value anytime soon, and one can't expect to recoup money spent on upgrades. As you say, "run it and enjoy it".
