Morgan needs to offer the trad and the retro look for the future buyers and they are doing a pretty good job .
May it continue and I hope always with a V8 in the running love

small volume production manufacturing companies dont have to live by the same rules as the big boys

Suits me as someone who appreciates not being squeezed by Big Brother.
I need the buzz of a Trad to feel alive!

No argument with that...
The difficulty will come, sometime, when legislation prevents the sale of trad shaped cars because they don't meet some "expert's" idea of what is safe (as Tim has already said)... That will be a sad day. It's already on the cards for the traditional shaped Land Rover (or as LR's marketing dept would have you believe they've always been known as the Defender...Where's my Wellingtons??!!!!).

Cheers,

Exactly. It's not even as though it'll driven by a reaction to huge numbers of splatted morgan enthusiasts, it'll just be about the flexing of regulatory muscle and the sad homogenization of every element of our daily lives. Whatever happened to "Vive la difference".

Come now, while I enjoy neigh-saying as much as the next, none of this has come to pass as of yet. So, live in the now a little and enjoy it as much as you can while it is still legal!

Well done Andy, I love the sentiment especially for the continuation of the V8's. Might we also include the V2's, as to my mind that is a great development for both MMC and us! woohoo

Live and enjoy - V2, V6 or V8 or even a straight 4. It´s the driving pleasure that counts! For me at least.
