Not being Keith with his superb MSCC Prise Winning Courtesy Light Innovation and having faffed around in the dark outside of a restaurant in Darkest East Anglia for ages looking for things and places during MOG 2011 (I know, some people may get pleasure from the unexpected 'grope' hide ), I needed a solution to supplement the limited spread of our fixed Map Reading Lamp when inside the Mog at night coffee .

Today while shopping in a local 'Orvis' branch I found one of these American Panther Vision Caps to add to the already growing collection (for a princely £25).

It has 1, 2 or 3 lamp switching options from a push pad under the beak, the small battery pack is in the inner band and seems to have a fantastic beam.

Now at home I find the website with a lower price and a colour range much wider. There are also some good deals on past models at the moment.

They offer other products with built in lamps such as reading and safety glasses. Worth a look if you have not seen them before. sherlock (Not on commission either!!)

Now there's an idea. Your MOG 2012 entry comming up Devil6 ?? His & Hers no doubt. I've just invented the 'Double 'Y' Cable Splitter.
Would have to be set on the top like 'Noddy's Bell' so that it cleared the headrest. happy3
I can just Imagin the clash of 'Brake Lamps' when SWMBO is ferreting around in the car for something dropped!! quiet swmbo

Use an iPad. You would also need a passenger to hold and operate it of course, it would be illegal otherwise.

Just in case anyone thinks i have a specific vendor bias I guess I should point out that inferior alternatives do exist but i don't care wink

Options

1. A very expensive way to replace a pencil and paper by donating £700 to Mr S Jobs esquire and getting a shiny thing in return.

2. Ask any looter what the top prize in the "fancy a swap is".

3. Just look about on a train and you will see one in moments.

4. Your 4 year old will shortly explain it to you as they will want one for christmas.

5. Email trimming tool to allow you to recover lots of previously wasted time in your day when travelling.

6. A miracle geek toy that converges your work and home life and allows you to stay in touch with everything but does not wreck you having to carry a ton of I.T. clobber.

7. The most expensive twit(ter) and Farcebook tool yet invented.

Any more anyone ?
