A Run To Serpentine Dam

Today was the WA branch of the Morgan Owner's Club of Australia and the Aston Martin Owner's Club run from Perth to the Serpentine Dam (click here for info) for lunch.

It was about 80kms (50 miles) each way, generally on turning country hill roads. Superb, dampened (literally) by some very heave showers.

There was a good collection of Morgan's and Aston's (8 of each). With old and new from both sides, DB4 up to modern Astons, and older +8s (and my 4/4) to an AreoMax and newer 4/4's.

A great run out!

I see you wasted no time in getting these images out - and what superb ones they are too! woohoo

David Cowley is also writing the article for inclusion in The Ear. Could he use any of them [photos]?

Great pics thanks Richard.

I noticed this event on the MOCA calendar.

Meanwhile a decent number of NSW & QLD members are partying up in northern NSW. Somehow I can't see Vicmog, NSW & QLD members getting together with you guys, unless there's another Morgan round-Australia trip!
