Talk Morgan is a non-commercial site, run by people who are passionate about Morgan cars for the benefit of fellow enthusiasts. Talk Morgan does not allow paid advertising on the site because we believe this would not be in the best interest of the members of the online community. For the first 24-months, the site was funded solely by the founder; however, after being asked by members if they could contribute to the site and the running costs, we are implementing a donation system.

As you may be aware, there are cost associated with the construction and running of the site. These include, but are not limited to: software licensing, upgrades, monthly hosting charges, maintenance, technical support and revisions to the site design. The on-going spend is detailed on a thread called 'Site Costs' which has been made sticky in the 'TM: Info, Ideas & Suggestions' section. If you would like to make a donation, these are the costs which you would be helping to offset.

Donating is entirely voluntary and there is no suggested amount and all donations are greatly appreciated. If you would like to contribute, the easiest method is to use PayPal via the icon below. PayPal allows you to donate any sum in Pounds via a 3rd party service using credit cards (the service is secure). They will deduct up to 4% of your donation as part of the process for handling. If you would rather use another method to donate (electronic funds transfer or cheque), please PM the username: talkmorgan via the site or e-mail donate@talkmorgan.com.

As a small token of thanks, all contributors will be mentioned on this page, the Site Costs thread and be denoted in the main forums by a change in their username colour. You are currently not logged in. If you would like to take credit for your donation, please log in first.

Note about using PayPal: You no longer need to have a PayPal account to make a donation. PayPal uses Cookies. If you are having problems using PayPal, for instance the front page keeps reappearing even though you have completed the fields, you need to ensure your browser security settings are set to Medium and your Privacy settings are set to always allow session cookies. (This is checked in Internet Explorer by selecting TOOLS, OPTIONS, then the SECURITY tab to check security, then PRIVACY and the ADVANCED tab.) Just click the donation button to be taken directly to PayPal.
