Welcome MdTech12 smile - I seem to be getting 35/40 mpg - driven quite hard laugh2

Its a pity the rear wheel should have a "hugger" fitted a la motorcycles - this would then help to prevent road dedris etc washing all over the back wheel area. crazy2

Am hoping that MMC will create one! laugh2

Am based in Stratford upon avon cheers

Getting about 30 mpg - found that brimmimg the tank created a nasty misfire which disappeared after I'd done about 40 miles.

Have done 220 miles without running out but had been on 0% for about 25 miles (and that was after I'd brimmed it).

Now filling to first click - gives about 95% full but soon goes down and at 0% have only done about 150 miles. 5 gallons gets me back to 95% full.

Seat belts fix would be nice and I regularly wipe the car's bum because it gets dirty at the back where the rear wheel throws up stuff. A better mudguard here - and something to protect the wooden frame from crud - would also be good. Someone's bound to come up with these! I like the hugger idea - this could solve all the issues with muck but is there room without limiting suspension travel?

I had a look at the BHM demo at Goodwood, and got a pic of the pedals.

Also took a picture of the new safety notice..

wow, darn those lawyers and needing stickers like these. I wonder if you can ask Morgan not to include this on your specific car. Plus, it would be one thing if it was a small sticker, but that one is huge!

I am planning to experiment with a plastic trailer mudguard over the rear wheel - will let u all know how I go on - just at the planning stage right now. crazy2

I think a long rear mud flap off this mod - if it works - would help to stop rear end soiling scared

Why not do what I did months ago, and use a flat piece of aluminium, gently bent to the contour of the rear tyre, fixed to the little bit of ali. already there at the front, and bolted to the metal stay at the back, I then fixed a bit of convenient plastic strip to my 'hugger' which drops down just below the level of the rear bodywork and stop muck being thrown up, both on the inside and the outside. All from my gash bin, but the ali. is more or less an offcut, so should be cheap and easy to source. And yes, there is plenty enough room to do this mod without worrying about the tyre rubbing the 'hugger'
